I am concidering switching to VOIP and I am wondering about the best way 
to setup m0n0 so as to ensure that my downloading doesn't have an effect 
on the VOIP.
Would it be best to just turn on traffic shaping or should I have the 
VOIP device connected to a dedicated OPT interface or should I do both?
