At least some of the single board computers listed at http://www.winsystems.com
are listed to operate over that range.  The only one I see with dual ethernet is
http://sbc.winsystems.com/products/sbcs/ebcc3plus.html but you could use a
PC/104 board and some extra ethernet modules.  There systems are listed to
support XP and Linux so I would not expect problems with BSD.
