Hi,
1. Have you klicked on (assign) at Intefaces (assign) ?
2. I have not found the WLG500-3B or the Conexant PRISM WorldRadioâ„¢ 
“ISL3886IK" in the hardware compatibility list.
Maybe that your card is not supported.
