I'm assuming the last portion of your graph is for the gateway correct? All
I have for gateway is "default" and that's it. I do not see an IPSec tunnel
option. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Jeff,  

Make sure you have a firewall rule for each WAN interface on the ends of the
VPN tunnel like so.
