Nobody seems to ask on what side you mean, on the LAN- or on the WAN-side?

If on the WAN side it is as simple as filling in the NAT - SERVER NAT 
page and the PROXY ARP page in the monowall-config. Works for me.

If on the LAN, read the other answers, I have not done that (yet).
