There is something wrong with your IPs:

x.y.102.144 / 29 is the range from x.y.102.144 to x.y.102.159,
but your IP and gateway is in the net x.y.102.128 / 29 (128 to 143).
So you can use for your servers e.g. the 132/133/134.
