Monitor network usage for each client computer

Hello,

does anyone know if it is possible to monitor how much bandwidth each 
computer on the LAN is using? I've been looking into SNMP, but I can't 
seem to find anything that separates the usage out by each computer on 
the LAN. Anyone have any ideas?
