Okay, forget everything I said - another freeze occurred this morning.  Son 
of a ...   And I wasn't surprised to see Bit Torrent traffic around the same 
time.  Someone figured the freezes may have something to do with P2P 
traffic.  Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
