I am using class B network Mask. My clients are about 100 to 150. Does this
should be a problem? If I use the other DHCP server does this problem will
be solved?

How many clients? The DHCP on m0n0wall is not designed for a lot of
clients, the situation worsens with a lot of services running. Search
the list for "DHCP Full" for more info.
