Performance on a standard PC

Hello.
I am using m0n0wall on a standard PC.
The bandwidth I am controlling is about 3 mbit.
I want to use some traffic shaping rules.
 
Can anyone tell me what kind of PC has enough performance to do this.
Is a PI, 150 Mhz enough or do I need a faster one.
