Just wanted to let y'all know that there's finally a version of
physdiskwrite (v0.4) available that should be able to identify most ATA
disks/CF cards by displaying the model and serial number as well as the
firmware revision and the real C/H/S. It worked for me with a PCMCIA CF
card adapter, though not with an USB CF adapter. You'll still be able to
write cards that cannot be identified (it works using Windows' SMART API).
