It'd be nice to be able to quickly enable/disable the rules in the firewall by clicking on the
graphical arrows/x's on the left to toggle the rule enable/disable?  Good idea?  Another nice thing
would to have a way to insert a rule above or below other rules rather than having to move it up,
up, up, up, up, up..(Slow when using floppy)
