Tim, You might want to checkout the newly release pfSense. I believe it supports no-ip out of the box. However, it current has severe PPTP limitations and its Traffic Shaper leaves a lot to be desired. BTW, I use no-ip's free client and have it set to run as a windows service. Works flawlessly.
