Hmm didn't work, but I will debug with packet viewer..
How about modifiy it so if radius sends nothing and access-reject is sent
then generate message that user have enetered locally or show defult message
such as username pass incorrect?

You just have to put in $REPLY_MESSAGE$

If your radius server doesn't sent a reply-message, then M0n0wall will
not show anything.
