There are quite a few that have been produced over time, creative
searching on google and eBay will reveal many.

Some very specific examples I've used that will work with m0n0wall:

* Znyx ZX346/ZX346Q (quad DEC/Intel "tulip" FE)
* Matrox NS-QNIC (quad Intel "fxp" FE)
* DLink DFE-570TX (quad DEC/Intel "tulip" FE)
