Hard drive not sleeping on 1.3b2

Anyone else's drives still spinning even if they set the idle spin-down to 1 
minute?  My disk just won't go to sleep, never was a problem on pre-1.3 
installs for me, just on the new betas, 1.3b1 and b2.
