You could buy a multi-port ethernet PCI card.  I have 2 dlink cards that each have 4 10/100 ports. 
That gives you a total of 8. (2 Spare)

Buy a Dimension from their Outlet store and add one of those slick 4
port cards to it along with a single port card.  It would be very
inexpensive.  The refurb and scratch and dent deals are outstanding
sometimes.
