To me eat seams that the command being send to nonexistent card (wi_cmd
0x0000 where 0x0000 means send command to NULL) well at leas that what my
windows brain is thinking. I would try remove the card, boot without it then
put card back in and boot with it installed, it might reassign the address
(that what windows would do)
