Hardware wtachdog support

I saw in the release notes for 1.23b3 that support for the WRAP hardware 
watchdog has been added. Is it also present in the 1.3 beta versions or 
will it be added later for the final 1.3?

Is there any support for the hardware watchdog on the Soekris hardware?
