One last question Chris before I crash tonight. I have seem to fixed all the
queues so that they work except these two rules for NNTP traffic. Can you
tell  me how you would set these up? Here are mine as seen by ipfw show:

50003       0          0 queue 9 tcp from any 119 to any in via sis1
50004       0          0 queue 5 tcp from any to any dst-port 119 out via
sis1

This was after pulling a 10GB download.
