Can anyone tell me how to configure the outbound rule for NNTP traffic
coming from my pc on LAN net?

This is what status.php reports:

0 queue 5 tcp from any to any dst-port 119 out via sis1

My outgoing rule is: 


IF		Proto		Source		Destination
Target
WAN		TCP		*			*/Port:119
Hated Upload

The incoming seems to work but not the outgoing.
