Hi Lee,

Sorry to be a pain, how and where do I change the default routes?  The
computer is assigned by DHCP from wrap2.

Your default routes are wrong.  It should be 192.168.2.1, and it is 
192.168.2.199.  Unless you have something at 192.168.2.199 that knows 
192.168.1.0/24 is behind 192.168.2.1, you are dead in the water.
