Ouch.  That question is painfully non-specific.  IPSEC or PPTP VPN 
connections?  If from a Windows (Xp, Vista, etc.) machine, then likely 
PPTP.  If that is what you need, then use the web based interface use 
VPN -> PPTP: enable PPTP server, set up users, and your off to the races.
