It is not the number of tunnels, but the total bandwidth that will have 
the most impact.  Tunnel number will need more ram, but bandwidth is the 
big deal.  Pick your hardware based on bandwidth.  Then overdo the ram a 
little bit at the ends, and a good bit at the center.
