Day light saving time change

To All:
I am using FREENAS and just used the execute command feature to update the time on the server.  How
do we update Day light Saving time on the server.  I can do it if I hook a keyboard and monitor up
but I really would like to be able to from a execute command box just like FREENAS.  

Does anyone support that execute command box as a added feature in M0n0Wall.
