IP-SEC thoughts

I have two customers that there providers do not support static IP's.  I wish that we could use
dynamic DNS names in the monowall ip-sec tunnel configuration.  It would be really cool if we could
do that.  I wish I had a little more flexiblity with the by using a name instead of having to have a
IP address.
