I have seen this before with my net4501's when I have flashed them to ComBIOS version 1.29.

Enter into the comBIOS by hitting Ctrl-P. Type "show" and take a look at "BootDrive". 

If it is not "80 81 F0 FF" type "Set BootDrive = 80 81 F0 FF" (That is eighty, eighty one, F zero,
FF) and reboot (just type reboot)
