I don't have much experience with the Net45xx (or any Soekris product for that matter). But i've had some CF trouble on a WRAP platform. Turns out the PC i was writing the image from was not detecting the drive geometry properly. (C/H/S). And the WRAP couldn't read the CF properly. Can't say this is your problem but you might want to manually specify the CHS in your BIOS. James W.
