I again !

I have this shapper rule:

LAN 	* 	10.1.7.129 	* 	* 	* 	64 Kbit/s 	  	  	   	  	
LAN 	* 	* 	* 	10.1.7.129 	* 	64 Kbit/s

I want to have 64kbit/s in both ways.

It's this setup rigth ? When I test this setup, (with my ftp server) the download bandwidth is like
10Kbit/s.
