Ok if radius is runing just start the radius proses with "radiusd -X" and
give us debug information. In that wahy we will know if rdius gets request
from mono and what is sent beck to mono

Freeradius is up and running. Authentication isn't working yet. I've got
some good pointers from some people on the list - I'll share my results
with the list as soon as I get it working properly - or I'll let you
know where I get stuck.
