No, you can't even get two 10/100 NIC's in a 1760.

A 4ESW won't go in a 1760, that's only for 1800, 2800, and 3800
series.  You should be looking at a 1800 series, an 1841 will do 30 Mb
no problem and has two built in 10/100 interfaces.
