Hm, why would u want to have printer connected to RADIUS? Normally no one
would install the server at client location, and printing ticket (typical
paper ticket) at the server location just doesn’t make any sense. The point
of ticket printing is easy media transfer of the temporary user credential
to the client (on demand)

It seems like the better place to have the printer function would be  
adding/removing people from a radius server. I think that M0n0 already  
supports using Radius as an authentication backend in captive portal.
