If it's the WAN MAC address you need to set then you can do it through the web frontend - under Interfaces | WAN | MAC address. If it's any of the others then you'll need to do it in config.xml (adding a 'spoofmac' section to each interfaace), the notes at: http://wiki.m0n0.ch/wikka.php?wakka=NokiaBoxesSpoofMac should show you the syntax.
