I have a PDF whitepaper that tells you how to do this on an HP switch
(nothing to do with m0n0wall at all, just 802.1x). If anybody wants it, let
me know. The mailing list wont let me attach such a file, but I will be
happy to send it to you.

Subject: [m0n0wall] Captive Portal to Manage Switch

Anyone using m0n0 to manage ports on a switch. I'd like a Captive
Portal to basically enable/disbale connectivity on a port lever rather
than a username/password level. Thought I'd ask here first.
