They have a one-device-per-connection policy, but that is not the 
problem here:
When I disconnect my PC from the cablemodem and connect my m0n0wall, the 
m0n0wall will receive a public IP just fine after I restarted the 
cablemodem. It will just lose that IP around midnight, getting no new one.
