WEB GUI Static IP Settings

I have a IP range from the ISP that's  67.xxx.197.225   to   67.xxx.197.254    Mask =
255.255.255.224.

The IP 67.xxx.197.225 is assigned to the Router and not usable by me.

I'm a bit confused - Given above, in the Static IP configuration, which IP should be entered here?
