Hello, so far with my rudimentary handling traffic shaper had succeeded in controlling the bandwidth
of users, but since installing the motherboard alix2.1c, the rules of traffic shaper do not work,
here are the rules that I use, could explain I am doing wrong?

Hola, hasta ahora con mi rudimentario manejo del traffic shaper habia logrado controlar el ancho de
banda de los usuarios, pero desde que instale el motherboard alix2.1c, las reglas de traffic shaper
no funcionan, aqui les paso las reglas que utilizo, podrian explicarme que estoy haciendo mal ?

2) Upload 128
bandwidth= 256
