Were you running 1.3B10 while running that 70%?  It could be that you 
just have more traffic therefor you are using more memory to keep the 
DHCP list, traffic states, etc.  I'm running 1.3B10 at 29% memory of 
256MB of ram.  I have a 3 computers on a little home network.
