Hello, I have the same problem than Scott. I'm also have a new sokris 5501 with monowall, I dont know what kind of CF do you have, but in my case I'm using a Kingston 2GB CF. Sometimes boots but normally I have to connect my serial cable to the soekris and type reboot, then all works fine.
