Intermittent Connection through WAN

I've just setup Monowall 1.235 on a Soekris net4801-60 this morning.  I'm
having a problem with an intermittent connection.  It seems every few
minutes I lose my outside connection, it times out but reconnects. I am
running through a Bridged Actiontec MI424 Router.
