I'm having an issue with opening ftp access through the firewall.  I
have 2 subnets, 10.0.101.x and 192.168.18.x.  I have setup many 1-to-1
NATs for the 192 subnet and have a general rule allowing http access to
the entire subnet.  That works fine.  I wanted to setup a general rule
allowing ftp to the same subnet and it doesn't work at all.  Anything
special with the ftp as opposed to the http?
