Latest Stable running on net4801-60 :: Blocking all incoming traffic

I'm not sure what I am going wrong, but with a default setup, all traffic is
blocked (as it should be).  However, I am not seeing anything in the logs
for this block traffic.  For example, I attempt to initiate an SSH
connection (which is blocked), but I am not seeing that an attempt was
blocked. Again, I'm running factory defaults. Any ideas? Let me know what
additional information is needed.
