I doubt that hard
It is a too big thing (e.g Adito) to include to m0n0wall - that better
runs on a dedicated Machine / VM
if you need just a ssl based VPN, you can go with pfsense and the
included openvpn which is ssl Based.
I suppose you want a HTTPS based VPN, not only SSL?
