While I know m0n0wall does VOIP traffic shaping and other gateway services,

has anyone used or tried getting some RJ-11 phone jacks (like an old
dial-up modem or a special pci card) in a m0n0wall box to act as a VOIP
phone interface to use regular standard land-line phones?

...Any other fun VOIP applications of m0n0wall?
