Krzysztof,

Something else useful to see would be the default output from the ifconfig
command on your m0n0wall.

Goto http://<your_m0n0wall>/exec.php (not on the menu) and type 'ifconfig'
in the command field. Click [Execute] and copy paste the results.

The 'media' info is relevant. We should be able to see if the interface is
attempting to auto negotiate and what speed it has connected on.

Example output:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------
$ ifconfig
xl0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
	options=3<rxcsum,txcsum>

	ether 00:10:4b:bc:16:b6
	media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX <full-duplex>)
	status: active
xl1: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500

	ether 00:60:08:78:e1:5c
