No changes have been made to the system, I can ping it, and my internet
access still works as this is the NAT box to my ISP.
SNMP still works too as my bandwidth graphs are still workin.

It's very strange.

Can you ping it?  Did you make any recent changes to your computer or
the firewall?

Need a bit more info :)
