Hi

For IPsec protected access points, the racoon option
'passive' would be nice. From RACOON.CONF(5):

             passive (on | off);
                     If you do not want to initiate
the negotiation, set this
                     to on.  The default value is off.
 It is useful for a
                     server.

Please consider adding this as an option when you find
some time.
