DHCPD fails on V1.3 - file system full ?

What does this message mean:

kernel: pid 613 (dhcpd), uid 0 inumber 106 on /: filesystem full

I have a lot of them in my log, running V1.3. DHCPD stops handing out IP Addresses as well. Memory
Usage is at 12% right now, rebooting the Alix box will fix the problem, so it's obviously something
building up over time, but how do I fix ?
