Looks like your OpenVPN connection is relying on fragmented IP packets - otherwise you wouldn't be
able to get a UDP packet with a total length (including IP header) of > 1500 bytes across the
Internet. Have you enabled the "Allow fragmented packets" option on your firewall rules?
