	Ah.  I'm still beating my head against the wall with this.  Just found out the "use root hints" if
forwarders aren't responding checkbox in Windows Server 2008 is backwards (2008 R2 fixed that).  So
I got to where DNS was consistently failing.  Perhaps m0n0wall 1.235 can't deal with Comcast's DNS
for some reason.  Direct queries work fine.  I think I will try 1.3 again but use 1:1 NAT instead of
bridging and OPT1.
